Event Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Coordinator to join a successful B2B organisation based in Redditch.

You’ll take responsibility for coordinating exhibitions and events, managing everything from organiser requirements and branded materials to travel arrangements and post-event reporting.

This varied position also provides exposure to wider marketing activity, including social media, website updates and campaign administration.

It would suit a highly organised events professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and working with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate B2B exhibitions and events, managing project plans, deadlines, organiser requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Arrange event logistics, including stand requirements, suppliers, branded materials, collateral, travel and accommodation.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to agree event objectives and maximise return on investment.
  • Support wider marketing activity, including website updates, social media scheduling, content formatting and campaign administration.
  • Help measure event and campaign performance, tracking results, follow‑up activity and improvement opportunities.
  • What Experience is Required
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering B2B exhibitions, events or similar marketing projects.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail, alongside a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience with Word Press or another CMS, Canva, copywriting or marketing campaign administration would be advantageous.
