CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a fantastic, friendly, office based business in Reading. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT support career, looking to build hands-on experience.
About the role
As IT Support Technician, this focuses on delivering fast, accurate, and customer‑centric support while ensuring issues are triaged effectively and resolved or escalated appropriately.
Your duties as IT Support Technician:
- Provide first-line IT support for bespoke systems and Microsoft platforms.
- Resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
- Escalate complex issues and support user onboarding.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory.
- Ability to diagnose common network and Wi-Fi issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
