Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple ongoing projects, including timesheets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Ensure timely client billing aligned with project milestones and contractual terms.
  • Manage supplier payments and build strong working relationships with subcontractors.
  • Use Xero for reconciliations, reporting, and daily accounting operations.
  • Monitor and report on project costs using Replicon, supporting financial efficiency.

What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience in a similar project accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency with Xero and Replicon (or similar time and cost tracking software).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
