Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm based in Newquay, Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Accountant to join a friendly and supportive team in a growing firm that works with a diverse portfolio of clients, including business owners and private individuals. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of circa £45,000, excellent benefits, and the chance to work just minutes from Cornwalls stunning coastline.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee a varied client portfolio, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
Review and supervise work produced by junior staff members
Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members
Deliver tailored accounting and taxation advice to clients
Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to KPIs and performance targets
What Experience is Required
Previous experience within a UK-based accountancy practice
ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and supervise staff
