CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced PPC Team Lead to join a specialist digital marketing business that delivers high-performing paid media campaigns for leading brands within the events, leisure, hospitality and entertainment sectors. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Paid Media specialists, driving performance and professional development.
  • Oversee paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok to achieve client objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise results.
  • Support key client relationships, providing senior-level guidance and resolving escalations.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting and account quality to ensure consistently high standards.

What Experience is Required

  • At least 4 years' experience managing PPC / Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
  • Previous team leadership or management experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and related platforms.
