CV Screen is recruiting for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Hartlepool. You will be joining a friendly, rapidly growing business who are committed to providing exceptional service to their customers.
WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: You should be an enthusiastic individual, looking for an exciting challenge in a very fast-paced role. If you are great at juggling tasks with a pro-active mindset, this is for you! This is a fully office based position, with excellent benefits including a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Prepare monthly payroll data.
- Calculate pay adjustments and entitlements.
- Handle payroll and HR queries.
- Process starter and leaver admin.
- Manage employee benefits updates.
- Support HR tracking and audits.
- Maintain organised payroll records.
- Produce payroll and workforce reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Payroll administration experience.
- Knowledge of UK payroll law and GDPR.
- Experience with payroll/HR systems.
- Strong organisation and deadline management.
- HR and payroll experience preferred.
- Payroll experience.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
- 33 days holiday including BH.
