CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well-established legal organisation based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected professional services firm with a long-standing reputation, supporting around 50 users across multiple locations. The role is primarily office based and offers a salary of up to £40,000 plus an excellent benefits package. You’ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day technical support, maintaining business-critical systems and ensuring users across the firm receive a reliable and professional IT service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support to office-based and remote users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
- Manage user accounts, devices and access permissions
- Support laptops, printers, mobile devices and business applications
- Liaise with third-party IT providers to resolve escalated technical issues
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk or Desktop Support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting users within a professional services or legal environment would be advantageous
