Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge? We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Nottingham, offering a salary of £24,000 plus a superb benefits package. The role is office based and would suit someone looking to work for a well-established company that has been operating successfully for over 15 years, employs over 150 staff, and continues to grow steadily in the property management sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance and legal support team in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the bulk upload and allocation of customer payments
  • Issue arrears correspondence and handle customer payment queries via phone and email
  • Chase outstanding accounts and manage arrears cases through to legal escalation
  • Assist with legal documentation preparation, including court and tribunal paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, arrears, and legal fees
What Experience is Required
  • At least 12 months of experience in a Credit Control role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £24,000 per annum
  • Office-based role with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • 30-minute lunch break

Location

The office is based in Nottingham, with easy commutes from Derby, Loughborough, Mansfield, Newark, Long Eaton, and surrounding areas.
