Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare service charge budgets and assist with financial reporting across multiple property developments.
  • Complete bank reconciliations, payments, transfers and other daily financial transactions.
  • Support service charge accounting, including reconciliations and responding to finance‑related queries.
  • Assist with the financial set‑up of new developments and property handovers.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate financial records and excellent client service.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar finance role, ideally supported by an AAT or equivalent financial qualification.
  • Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Experience within the property sector, particularly service charge accounting, would be a significant advantage.
