Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests and create work schedules for engineers and contractors.
- Manage diaries, resources and appointments to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Liaise with residents, suppliers and internal teams regarding maintenance activities and updates.
- Monitor completed jobs, ensuring records, photographs and supporting documentation are accurate.
- Assist with purchasing materials, maintaining records and supporting operational processes.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
