This role focuses on developing and improving CRM and lifecycle communications across email, SMS and direct mail to drive engagement, retention and commercial growth. The role is based just outside Bradford with hybrid working available!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and develop CRM and lifecycle strategy.
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail.
  • Use data and segmentation to improve targeting and performance.
  • Increase bookings, retention and customer value.
  • Execute brand campaigns through CRM channels.
  • Lead testing, reporting and optimisation.
  • Own CRM automation, workflows and best practice in Klaviyo.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience in CRM marketing.
  • Strong email and SMS campaign delivery experience.
  • Commercial mindset with focus on growth, retention and customer value.
  • Able to build CRM processes and programmes from scratch.
  • Experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable.

LOCATION

This is a hybrid working role based just outside Bradford – 2 days working from home.

SALARY / BENEFITS

  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
