CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Technical Support Advisor on behalf of a premium British manufacturer of decorative interior products, known for its heritage, quality and outstanding customer service. Based at the company's Manchester head office, this office-based role offers a salary of up to £30,000 and is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving problems and helping customers. You will join a friendly, growing engineering and customer service team, providing first-class support on colour tinting equipment, with full training on products and systems from day one.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide telephone and ticket-based support for tinting machine issues, from mechanical breakdowns to software faults
Pick up calls promptly and resolve queries within agreed service levels, prioritising full breakdowns
Uphold excellent customer service standards in every interaction
Work closely with colleagues across the business to meet shared goals
Support wider projects and tasks as needed
What Experience is Required
Experience providing technical customer support, ideally within Engineering.
Customer service experience within engineering or a prestige product environment
Basic IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to £30,000, plus full product and systems training, a Monday to Friday week on rotating 8.30am–5.00pm and 9.00am–5.30pm hours, and paid recompense for any occasional extra hours.
Location
Office based in east Manchester, within easy reach of Stockport, Ashton-under-Lyne, Droylsden, Denton, Salford, Oldham and Stalybridge.
