Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process, producing accurate management accounts, cashflow reports, and financial insights.
- Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring strong performance, resourcing, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee audit, tax compliance, reconciliations, and financial governance across the business.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive improvements to finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting capabilities as the organisation grows.
What Experience is Required?
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams within a professional services, legal, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to translate financial data into commercial recommendations.
