DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Customise and enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Integrate systems with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Improve business processes through automation and innovation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.
- Optimise system performance, reporting, and data processes.
- Produce technical documentation and release notes.
- Support ongoing projects and system enhancements.
- Recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.
