Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming telephone enquiries across multiple offices
  • Supporting the administration team with general clerical and office coordination tasks
  • Organising meeting rooms, refreshments, travel arrangements and business accommodation bookings
  • Managing incoming post, deliveries, office supplies and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with internal meetings, training events and updating company systems and documentation

What Experience is Required
