A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join a well-established organisation based in Liverpool, offering hybrid working and a salary of £30,000 FTE plus excellent benefits. The company has been established for over 20 years, employs more than 100 staff, and continues to grow across multiple entities. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities across several entities using Sage 50
  • Process reconciliations, journals and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Support the finance function with administrative and reporting tasks
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and assist with payroll-related queries
  • Assist with credit control and cash flow monitoring activities

What Experience is Required

  • Previous bookkeeping experience with strong Sage 50 knowledge
  • AAT qualification or qualified by experience
  • Exposure to property, mortgage or lettings environments would be advantageous
