Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team
  • Accurately type letters, contracts, and legal documents from dictation
  • Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
  • Prepare and submit key legal forms including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
  • Manage client communications and assist with post-completion formalities

What Experience is Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting residential conveyancing matters
  • Strong audio typing skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good organisational and IT skills
