CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Finance Assistant to cover a maternity leave for a well-established healthcare services organisation near King’s Lynn, Norfolk. Our client provides specialist nursing services and healthcare technology to the NHS and the wider healthcare sector. You will work 24 hours per week at flexible times, supporting the Finance Manager with reporting, payroll and invoicing. The role pays £18,000 per year for the part-time hours. It’s a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who wants flexible, rewarding work in a friendly, supportive team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, including budget sales, cash flow and profit and loss




• Make sure income and costs are allocated to the right departments, and produce the monthly absence report




• Support the monthly payroll run, including pensions and salary sacrifice




• Help process and reconcile expense claims and raise monthly sales invoices




• Work closely with other departments and help deliver finance projects on time

What Experience is Required

• Hands-on experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll




• Confident user of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and of expenses systems




• AAT qualified or equivalent, with excellent accuracy and discretion

Salary & Benefits

£18,000 per year for 24 hours per week. Benefits include flexible working times and free on-site parking.

King’s Lynn, Norfolk. It’s an easy commute from Swaffham, Downham Market, Hunstanton, Fakenham, Dereham and Wisbech.
