IT Support Engineer – West Malling, Kent – £30k + Excellent Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to users across office, site and remote locations

  • Log and manage incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation

  • Deliver support via phone, remote desktop, and in-person where necessary

  • Configure and deploy user devices, applications, and network hardware

  • Assist in creating training materials and delivering occasional user training sessions

What Experience is Required

  • 2+ years in a hands-on IT support role within a Microsoft-based environment

  • Experience supporting Windows PCs, Office 365, Azure, and networking technologies

  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary of £30,000

  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm with 1-hour break

Location

Based in West Malling, Kent – easily commutable from Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Rochester, Aylesford, and surrounding areas.
