Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business for hardware and software issues
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Administer and enhance Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and IT processes
- Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures
What Experience is Required
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN/WLAN
