As IT Support Engineer, the role will involve working within a small IT team where you’ll be expected to operate independently, use your initiative, and contribute to a broad range of technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain servers, Active Directory, and Windows 11 systems
- Administer M365, virtual servers, and backups
- Manage networks, SQL databases, and reports
- Support mobile devices and peripherals
- Provide on-site IT support as needed
Requirements
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Windows 11 support and M365 administration
- Hyper‑V virtual servers and Veeam backups
- SQL databases and Crystal Reports
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
