Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that drive client engagement and business growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with creators, talent representatives and platform partners.
  • Lead the creation of proposals, pitches and influencer-led campaign recommendations for clients.
  • Oversee the delivery and optimisation of influencer campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a growing influencer marketing team while promoting a collaborative culture.

What Experience is Required

  • At least 7 years' experience within influencer marketing, digital partnerships or social media strategy.
  • Proven success managing influencer campaigns and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Strong client relationship, business development and stakeholder management skills.
