CV Screen is recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join an established British business specialising in the design and manufacture of low-energy, sustainable HVAC solutions.

Based in High Wycombe, this is a fully office-based position offering a salary of £50,000 plus excellent benefits.

Established for over 50 years, the organisation employs around 100 people and supplies products across the UK and international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused professional to play a key role in audit coordination, quality management, certification and compliance, working closely with Finance, Operations and Production teams in a growing and innovative organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal audits and support external audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
  • Maintain quality management systems, documentation and certification records in line with relevant ISO standards.
  • Analyse compliance and quality data, producing reports and insights for management.
  • Manage certification schedules and liaise with auditors and certification bodies.
  • Support process reviews, financial controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • What Experience is Required
  • Experience within Finance, Compliance, Quality or Audit, with knowledge of ISO management systems, ideally ISO 9001.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating audits; manufacturing experience or an Internal Auditor qualification would be advantageous.
