Looking for an exciting career opportunity in finance? Join this team as a Finance Officer on a 14 month temp mat cover position. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on the financial management of this business within a small friendly team. This is a hybrid working role, with one day per week required in the office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accounts payable.
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle BACS payments.
• Prepare financial reports, including P&L, VAT reconciliations, and trial balance reviews.
• Track and reconcile expenses and petty cash.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, BACS payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Competitive salary range of £35,000-£45,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• Remote work with weekly London meetings.
• 28 days annual leave

This role is based from home, with weekly meetings required in London.
