A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established national charity on a part-time, fully remote basis. Offering a salary of £40,000 FTE (£24,000 actual) plus excellent benefits, this position is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the third sector. The organisation has been positively transforming young lives for over 15 years, currently operates with a small, passionate team, and is on a mission to expand its reach significantly by 2032.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management including budget setting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage the external accountants and ensure accurate monthly reporting and reconciliations.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of restricted/unrestricted funds.
- Lead on the audit process and preparation of statutory accounts.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to the CEO, Board, and wider team.
What Experience is Required
- Previous finance experience within a charity, including managing restricted/unrestricted funds.
- Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, AAT or equivalent).
- Experience producing management accounts and supporting board-level financial decisions.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 FTE (£24,000 pro rata)
- 100% remote working with flexible hours

Location
