An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Finance Director to join a growing property group based in Brighton. Working just 2 days per week, this part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact within a diverse and expanding portfolio that includes both direct property holdings and active joint ventures. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of management accounts including detailed P&L and balance sheets across multiple entities
  • Refine and oversee budget processes, financial tracking systems, and cost analysis
  • Develop debt and lender management tools to support strategic decision making
  • Implement improved cashflow forecasting across all group companies
  • Review and enhance existing accounting and reporting systems

What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within real estate or investment sectors
  • Strong background in financial planning, debt management, and long-term forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
