DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Post purchase invoices
  • Posting of intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare and verify weekly subcontractor payments.
  • Prepare and verify monthly supplier payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Collect and post company credit card invoices.
  • Reconcile and maintain petty cash monthly.
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliation.

    • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience working in a similar, fast paced and busy role.
  • Sage 50 experience would be highly desirable.
  • Auto Entry experience is highly desirable.
  • Inter-company Journals experience.

    This role is office based near Cheltenham – Commutable from nearby locations such as Evesham, Gloucester and Worcester.
