About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Executive Assistant to join a friendly team based just outside Chelmsford. Offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000-£42,000 (FTE) plus excellent benefits. This is a key role providing day-to-day administrative support, managing meetings, and ensuring smooth coordination across the senior leadership team. If you have some HR experience, this is also highly desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the MD and CEO
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files
  • Support absence tracking, holiday records, and basic HR reporting
  • Assist with HR documentation and policy administration

What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience supporting HR administration is desirable
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment
