This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services organisation, in the role of Events Manager. You will be responsible for enhancing member engagement, increasing visibility, and fostering strong relationships within the region. You will work remotely, with occasional travel around the North West Region for team meetings and events. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Raise the profile of the organisation within the region, targeting both existing and potential members.
- Develop and manage relationships with local members, firms, and stakeholders, helping to drive engagement.
- Support the delivery of a member-focused activity plan, working closely with the regional team and volunteers.
- Act as the key point of contact for operational activities within the regional engagement programme.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and initiatives through relevant digital channels.
What Experience is Required:
- Proven experience in relationship management and member engagement ideally in the professional services sector.
- Experience in event planning, budgeting, and execution (both virtual and in-person events).
- An understanding and experience of digital communication channels, social media and networks.
- Flexible to travel and hold a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £33,000
