This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services organisation, in the role of Events Coordinator for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for enhancing member engagement, increasing visibility, and fostering strong relationships within the region. You will work remotely, with occasional travel once a week in Bristol for team meetings and events. This is a full-time role offering long-term career growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Raise the profile of the organisation within the region, targeting both existing and potential members.
  • Develop and manage relationships with local members, firms, and stakeholders, helping to drive engagement.
  • Support the delivery of a member-focused activity plan, working closely with the regional team and volunteers.
  • Act as the key point of contact for operational activities within the regional engagement programme.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and initiatives through relevant digital channels.

What Experience is Required:

  • Proven experience in relationship management and member engagement ideally in the professional services sector.
  • Experience in event planning, budgeting, and execution (both virtual and in-person events).
  • An understanding and experience of digital communication channels, social media and networks.
  • Flexible to travel and hold a full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £33,000

Location:

This position is based remotely, with travel to Bristol once a week required for events and team meetings.
