IT Support Technician Hybrid

Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established professional services firm based in Edinburgh. Offering a salary of up to £31,000, hybrid working, and an excellent benefits package, this role supports a dynamic business with multiple offices across Scotland. You\'ll join a small IT team and be responsible for delivering robust support across both first and second line queries, while contributing to the improvement of IT services company-wide.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide first and second line support to internal users across multiple sites.
Administer Microsoft 365, including user management and application support.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, networks, and security systems.
Support remote access technologies and mobile device management.
Assist with the deployment of new systems and software upgrades.
What Experience is Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
Experience supporting networks, servers, and backup/antivirus tools.
Location
Based in Edinburgh, this role is easily commutable from Livingston, Bathgate, Musselburgh, Dalkeith, and Falkirk. A driving licence and access to a car are essential due to occasional travel between offices.
