A superb opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded eCommerce Manager to join a fast-growing online retail brand based in Wakefield. This hands-on role will see you take ownership of daily trading performance across the website, email, SMS, and app playing a key role in delivering revenue growth, increasing customer retention, and improving onsite performance.

You\’ll join a dynamic team at a company that develops and sells Cosmetics products direct to consumers. Working closely with the Marketing, Brand, Content, and Operations teams, youll use a combination of data, insight and creativity to help shape and execute the digital trading strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the trading calendar and align promotions across all owned marketing channels
  • Analyse and act on key KPIs (conversion, AOV, revenue) to drive performance
  • Optimise product categories, landing pages, and campaign messaging
  • Lead weekly trading reviews and collaborate on performance strategy
  • Execute data-driven campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify
  • What Experience is Required

  • Proven experience in a similar eCommerce trading or digital marketing role
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel
  • Strong commercial focus with a proven track record of driving online revenue
