Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting to support long-term business goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow with a keen eye on commercial performance.
- Oversee compliance, HR policies, and payroll to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Provide operational leadership, improving systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Support potential shareholder discussions and wider business growth initiatives.
What Experience is Required
- ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified) with experience in a commercial finance role.
- Strong understanding of management accounts, HR legislation, and operational reporting.
