CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing and innovative SME based in Crawley. Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts and deliver accurate financial reporting to support business performance.
- Manage purchase ledger, credit control, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting, and automation.
- Liaise with external accountants while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.
- Provide commercial financial guidance to stakeholders and support wider business initiatives.
What Experience is Required?
- Previous management accounting experience with CIMA or ACCA qualifications.
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge, with experience of budgeting and financial reporting.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
