We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Commercial Data Analyst to join an exciting company in the retail sector, based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role offers a salary of £55k plus excellent benefits and the flexibility of working 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days from home. The company, a leader in sustainable retail, has been in business for over a decade and is known for leveraging data to drive customer experiences and business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data and tech teams to manage data pipelines across eCommerce platforms using GTM/GA4 into BigQuery.
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enhance customer experience and personalization efforts.
- Work with marketing teams to create pricing algorithms balancing product supply/demand across regions.
- Analyze customer acquisition channels, calculating ROI and attribution for various marketing efforts.
What Experience is Required?
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.
- Excellent experience in margins, revenue and pricing.
- Expertise in GTM/GA4, BigQuery, SQL, and Excel (VBA & Macros).
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI and Python is a significant advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £55,000 per annum. Benefits include a comprehensive package offering health insurance, pension, and a generous holiday allowance.
Location
The position is based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, with easy access from surrounding towns including Abingdon, Oxford, Wallingford, and Henley-on-Thames.
