CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Cyber Security Lead to join a well-established organisation based in London. Offering a salary of up to £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting critical IT infrastructure and sensitive member data. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the organisation's cyber security framework, policies, and governance processes.
- Monitor systems for security threats, manage vulnerabilities, and coordinate remediation activities.
- Oversee cyber-related change management and strengthen supplier security controls.
- Ensure compliance with recognised security standards and best practices.
- Respond to security incidents and recommend improvements to minimise future risk.
What Experience is Required?
- At least five years' experience in a cyber security role with strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with vulnerability management, SIEM tools, and IT infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials, and relevant cyber security certifications would be advantageous.

- Hybrid working (2 days from home)
