Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of network faults across hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Assisting with the setup, configuration, and testing of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Monitoring network performance and contributing to improvement initiatives.
- Helping to maintain network security tools and protocols such as VPNs and firewalls.
- Carrying out routine network maintenance including updates, patches, and documentation.
