Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers across production and support areas
  • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to maintain staffing levels
  • Monitor attendance and performance trends, advising on appropriate actions
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning and operational staffing requirements
