CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Brand and Campaign Manager on behalf of an innovative, sustainability-focused gifting brand. The role is based in London on a hybrid or remote basis and pays £45,000 - £55,000 plus a potential bonus. Our client creates interactive greeting cards designed to surprise and delight. They are looking for a creative, highly organised marketer to drive their brand storytelling and multi-channel campaigns. You’ll work directly alongside the founding team, with real autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact on a growing consumer brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and review integrated campaigns and product launches, from first brief through to ROI reporting
- Script, brief and produce static and video ad creative, in-house or with UGC creators, to support paid media
- Look after the brand’s look, voice and messaging across packaging, unboxing and every customer touchpoint
- Write weekly marketing emails and help build and improve automated customer journeys
- Lead and develop junior marketers, designers and creators, and manage external agency partners
What Experience is Required
- 4+ years in brand, campaign or integrated marketing within FMCG, D2C e-commerce, consumer lifestyle or gifting
- Strong multi-channel experience, with confident copywriting, creative briefing and a data-led approach to ROI
- Experience managing people, plus familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Asana, Notion or Airtable
Salary & Benefits
The salary is £45,000 - £55,000 plus a potential performance-related bonus. The package also includes flexible hybrid/remote working and direct partnership with the founding leadership team.
Location
The role is based in London, with hybrid or remote working within the UK. It’s an easy commute from Watford, St Albans, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Romford and Reading.
