This position is predominantly office-based, offers a salary of £60,000 plus excellent benefits. You will support site leadership with both strategic and hands-on HR activity during a period of ongoing operational development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers across production and support areas
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to maintain staffing levels
- Monitor attendance and performance trends, advising on appropriate actions
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and operational staffing requirements
