An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well‑established and growing property management organisation. Based in Billericay with a hybrid and field‑based working pattern, this role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
Working across a portfolio of residential developments in London and the surrounding areas, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are professionally managed and compliant with industry regulations including ARMA and RICS guidelines. The organisation has built a strong reputation within the sector, managing a substantial portfolio of residential blocks and delivering high standards of property management for many years.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential developments in line with lease agreements and industry regulations including ARMA and RICS Codes of Practice.
- Oversee building maintenance and repair programmes, coordinating contractors to ensure properties remain safe and well maintained.
- Respond to leaseholder and resident enquiries relating to service charges, budgets, maintenance and property updates.
- Attend resident meetings and AGMs when required, providing updates and addressing queries.
- Monitor safety and emergency systems across developments and take appropriate action when urgent issues arise.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in property or residential block management.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.

- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Location
The role is based in Billericay, with travel across London and surrounding areas. Commutable locations include Basildon, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Wickford, Rayleigh and Southend‑on‑Sea.
