An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well‑established and growing property management organisation. Based in Billericay with a hybrid and field‑based working pattern, this role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package.

Working across a portfolio of residential developments in London and the surrounding areas, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are professionally managed and compliant with industry regulations including ARMA and RICS guidelines. The organisation has built a strong reputation within the sector, managing a substantial portfolio of residential blocks and delivering high standards of property management for many years.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential developments in line with lease agreements and industry regulations including ARMA and RICS Codes of Practice.
  • Oversee building maintenance and repair programmes, coordinating contractors to ensure properties remain safe and well maintained.
  • Respond to leaseholder and resident enquiries relating to service charges, budgets, maintenance and property updates.
  • Attend resident meetings and AGMs when required, providing updates and addressing queries.
  • Monitor safety and emergency systems across developments and take appropriate action when urgent issues arise.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in property or residential block management.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.

Location

The role is based in Billericay, with travel across London and surrounding areas. Commutable locations include Basildon, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Wickford, Rayleigh and Southend‑on‑Sea.
