Marketing Manager - Music Industry

CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Manager for a highly regarded independent entertainment group with a boutique record label at its heart. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis and pays up to £50,000 plus benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the careers of a roster of globally successful recording and touring artists. You will report directly to the Managing Director and lead marketing strategy and artist development. You will also help shape the label's wider commercial direction and bring creative, data-led campaigns to fans around the world.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build long-term campaign and brand strategies with artists and their management teams
- Lead content, creative and paid media planning with digital and creative specialists, using trend and platform data to grow audiences
- Oversee physical product releases, from artwork delivery and budgets to D2C and retail partners
- Find catalogue tracks with fresh potential and open up opportunities across sync, brands, press, radio, TV, gaming and podcasts
- Manage campaign budgets with a commercial focus and mentor junior team members
What Experience is Required
- Proven record label marketing experience delivering artist development campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with paid media; experience of Co:Brand is desirable
- Excellent organisation, relationship-building and people leadership skills
