About the Role

CV Screen is recruiting for an Aviation Coordinator to join a leading independent airport coordination and capacity management organisation. Established for over 30 years, the organisation supports around 80 airports worldwide and manages more than three million aircraft movements annually, helping airports and airlines make the best use of available capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and analytical professional to build a career within the aviation sector, working closely with airlines, airports and industry stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assess and coordinate airline schedules against available airport capacity, ensuring industry standards and regulations are followed.
  • Analyse slot usage and scheduling data, identifying trends and ensuring compliance with agreed requirements.
  • Produce accurate reports and schedule information for airport customers within agreed deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with airlines to resolve scheduling challenges and find effective solutions that maximise airport capacity.
  • Build strong customer relationships while supporting forecasting, consultancy, service development and wider aviation projects.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in customer service, coordination or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and IT skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills; aviation, airport capacity or airline planning experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
