Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain accurate digital and paper-based records and documentation
  • Manage office supplies and co-ordinate ordering requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to support workflows
  • Assist the finance function with invoice processing and credit control tasks
What Experience is Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent organisational ability
  • Good communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Office-based role, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 16:30)

Location

This role is based in Braintree and is easily commutable from Chelmsford, Colchester, Witham, Halstead, Great Dunmow, Maldon and Sudbury.
