Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily income and investigate any payment discrepancies
  • Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare supplier reconciliations and support monthly payment runs
  • Produce customer invoices and issue account statements
  • Assist the Financial Controller with finance administration and reporting tasks

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience within a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role
  • Experience using Xero
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
