Duties & Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily income and investigate any payment discrepancies
- Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare supplier reconciliations and support monthly payment runs
- Produce customer invoices and issue account statements
- Assist the Financial Controller with finance administration and reporting tasks
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience within a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role
- Experience using Xero
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
