Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including maintaining both the sales and purchase ledger.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and invoice generation.
- Monitor the accounts inbox and respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements, credit card transactions, and handle aged creditors and debtors.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and assist with year-end processes.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role with working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
