ABOUT THE ROLE: The Compliance Supervisor will play a key role in monitoring adviser performance, identifying risk, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will work closely with advisers and internal stakeholders to drive improvements and maintain consistent compliance across the network.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Monitor adviser performance, KPIs, and compliance processes
- Conduct role play observations to assess competency
- Prepare for site visits and deliver structured feedback
- Develop and track action plans to improve compliance standards
- Attend compliance meetings and report findings to management
- Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance on compliance queries and procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience within mortgage and protection services
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Flexible and collaborative, with willingness to travel
