An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to join a well-established and growing retail business based in Banbury. Offering a salary of £38,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this is a fantastic chance to lead a busy retail branch within a customer-focused environment. Working on a 7-day rota basis, this role would suit a commercially focused manager who enjoys motivating teams and driving store performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the retail branch to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Manage, coach and develop staff to create a high-performing team culture
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer queries professionally
- Oversee stock control, security procedures and operational compliance within the store
- Support recruitment, training and staff development activities across the branch
