Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activity and place orders in line with forecasts, promotions, and supplier requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels, update stock parameters, and analyse slow-moving stock
  • Resolve delivery issues and stock discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records for suppliers, MOQs, delivery schedules, and availability
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, eCommerce, Dispatch, and Customer Service teams

What Experience is Required

  • Background in purchasing, procurement, stock or supply chain management
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory or stock systems
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and external partners
