Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Submit RTI information and maintain compliance with payroll legislation
  • Process statutory payments, pension auto-enrolment and pension uploads
  • Liaise with HMRC regarding payroll queries and technical matters
  • Carry out manual calculations and support wider payroll operations where required

What Experience is Required

  • Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice or payroll bureau environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage Payroll and current UK payroll legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail, with knowledge of CIS being advantageous
